Kensington Pet Food + is based in Canada. Any funds collected on this site will therefore be in Canadian dollars.
All returns will be given in store credit.
In order to receive a store credit, all items must be in their original state, with all labelling, and must be considered by Kensington Pet Food + to not have been used or damaged.
Items may be returned according to the following conditions:
Returned items must be received within 30 days of the day the customer receives them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
No item marked ‘‘Final Sale’’ may be returned;
For hygiene reasons and for the protection of our customers, the following products may not be returned or exchanged:
- Litterbox accessories;
- Toiletries (brushes and combs);
- Cleanliness training products;
- Bowls and drinking troughs;
- Cages for the home and for travelling;
- Collars and leashes for online orders
- Nail clippers;
- Cushions, beds and covers;
No store credits or exchanges will be permitted after the authorized return period.
